Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s daughter Apple threw a party in the Hamptons that turned so raucous that it was investigated, it is reported.
It is claimed that the 18-year-old invited a large group of people to his mother’s property in Amagansett, New York, on Saturday, August 13, prompting neighbors to complain about the noise level.
The incident is said to have been evaluated to see if it constitutes a code violation, as the area requires a permit for gatherings of more than 50 people.
A source said that ‘things got out of hand’ when Apple ‘invited a lot of friends to their mom’s house‘.
He told PageSix that ‘they were partying like rock stars’, and were ‘making so much noise that many neighbors were angry’.
The employees of the office of the Municipal Clerk also appeared to see if the party was violating the code of conduct. You cannot have more than 50 people in a gathering in the area without a permit,’ he said.
It is believed that Gwyneth and her husband Brad Falchuk were not in the estate at the time.
A spokesman for the East Hampton Town Ordnance Enforcement Department, which issues permits for incidents in the area, confirmed they visited Gwyneth’s home ‘after complaints about the noise’.
“When we got there we found there were less than 50 people there, so they were within code,” he told the publication.
Neither Gwyneth nor the East Hampton Police Department provided any comment to PageSix.
Earlier this month, the Shakespeare in Love actor and his daughter were spotted in matching white outfits during a day in New York as they walked into a Gwyneth’s store in the city.
In May, the Iron Man star marked Apple’s 18th birthday with a rare photo of the teen and a heartfelt post, writing on Instagram: ’18. I’m at a little loss for words this morning (😭).

Gwyneth also has a son with ex-husband Chris, called Moses, who was born in 2006.
She married Glee co-creator Brad in 2018, while Coldplay musician is in a relationship with 50 Shades of Gray star Dakota Johnson.
